Have followed instructions in other posts, like making sure CHMOD is set correctly, etc, but when I get the link to download the file, i get the good ol 404 not found page. The link it gives me is https://digiartmart.com/pub/.ithetrbfkgbfyudv/test.zip. (My store is located at https://digiartmart.com/shop) Any ideas why this isn't working? The address displays: https://digiartmart.com/pub/.jonygbsdllbbcbsls/test.zip If I manally add the word shop in the address, like so: https://digiartmart.com/shop/pub/.jonygbsdllbbcbsls/test.zip, the download will work.
