penge Posted June 10, 2005 Posted June 10, 2005 Hi, Having problems recently with backup, when trying to backup the db (no compression) I get this error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1497600 bytes) in /xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/shop/admin/backup.php on line 49 Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 137 bytes) in Unknown on line 0 Allowed memory size exhausted Searching the forums on backup problems the suggestion of using phpadmin sounds good, which of the following options should I enable to get the same data/structure as the osc backup: Structure only Structure and data Data only Export to XML format Add 'drop table' Complete inserts Extended inserts Enclose table and field names with backquotes I would prefer to use the osc backup if it's possible to fix the memory problem, phpadmin would be my second option. Thanks.
