scrap32 Posted June 9, 2005 Share Posted June 9, 2005 until the order ships??? I'm using Authorize.net as my merchant. I'm having to do a lot of refunds due to items being sold out so quickly. Is there a way that to set it up where the card won't actualy be charged til the order ships??? Also, I've noticed that whenever someone buys an item, it doesn't automaticallly take it away from the stock until they actually place the order. Is there any way I can change this as well? Guest Posted June 9, 2005 Share Posted June 9, 2005 you can set your authorizenet to authorize only an item isnt sold until someone checks out. perhaps put a disclaimer on the site, items are in limited supply and even tho it shows as in stock, if someone comes and purchases they may lose what they want.
