Guest Posted June 9, 2005 Posted June 9, 2005 Hi. Now I'm a total newbie. Me and my webmaster are totally confused over a problem we have in our webshop. Writing it is confusing enough so let's get to the bottom of this. A customer is creating an account, he's also buying. Somehow the next customer who's buying (not every time) is logged in as the same customer as before, but he change the delivery-adress, of course, to his own and pay with his own creditcard. Still the order is in someone elses name but with another delivery-adress. Can anyone give me a good answer on this problem, cause it seems to be a little weird! My own guess is that there's a secure-problem with the login and those who dosent logoff are still logged in. But how can another IP be logged in as the customer before??? Is this understandable at all?
