The knowledge base seems to presume that we're all webmasters. I'm a newbie and I'd appreciate any help from anyone ppppppplease!

Flat Rate Per Item Table Rate United Parcel Service United States Postal Service Zone Rates I have registered with USPS at http://www.uspsprioritymail.com/et_regcert.html and have a user name and password but I don't know how to enable it in osCommerce. Your input is greatly appreciated.

Am I the right place?
