Outline Border Bringing the Page Together

Recommended Posts

i visited a site recently

<a href = "www.consolegames.co.uk">HERE</a>

and saw that he has an attractive table border layout

Some are dotted some are dashed and most importantly he has one that outlines his entire page

I need to break out of the standard infobox appearance and move towards something that isnt so structure something like the site above, Any Directional help to where such parts of the script are utilized Would be greatly appreciated ;)

HELP, where are the calls to the border which envelops the whole page?

THANKS ALL

Edit in stylesheet.css, you can boarder anything you like. Look Here for a start in the definitions.

Hope this helps,

I understand, i figured that it may be contained in stylesheet.css, and i figured there was a function called .outline

But when i attempt .outline with a left right top and bottom border of 1 px i get nothing additional on my page

Do you know the actual call for the border?

Any ideas greatly appreciated here

TIA

J

Look below my name for Fixed Width Site With CSS - gives your page a fixed width, centred, border - colour of your choice and style of your choice, and background colour outside of the fixed width.
