KiwiCrit Posted June 9, 2005 Share Posted June 9, 2005 The affiliate "password forgotten" feature returns a password that doesn't work, giving the following error message: ERROR: No match for 'Affiliate ID' and/or 'Password'. This is just a test account, but I am concerned about a future affiliate not being able to access his account. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Guest Posted June 9, 2005 Share Posted June 9, 2005 i have not had to use that function, nor have i seen anyone with that problem. search for and find the affiliate support thread, read thru there. also, double check to make sure you have the code installed properly. I got around the problem by reinstalling the autologon files that I had recently removed. It would be nice to remove that contribution sometime, but in the mean time the password systems are working correctly for both the catalog and affiliate sections of the site.
