Creating a Custom Page with Database Information

Hi,

 

I have created manufacturer pages into the store, i put into them some history about them and all the products of each each manufacturer. The problem is that everty time that I add a new product from a manufacturer, i have to update this page manually. What i want i to have a php code to call all the products of an specific manufacturer to place it into his own page.

 

Any help would be very appreciate. Thanks
