eliteportraits Posted June 8, 2005 Posted June 8, 2005 Hi All, I'm in the process of choosing an e-commerce solution. I am a photographer and will sell photos from events. I will have literally thousands of photos for sale on my site, but they will all have the same price structure. Before I install OsCommerce I'd like to know if I can set it so that all products have the same base price and options. I see that I can create differently priced options for the same product, but can that be done on a global basis? Basically I'd like everything in my store to be available at 4 sizes and each size will have a different price. Can it be done? If so, how? thanks! Mark
Wendy James Posted June 8, 2005 Posted June 8, 2005 That would be very simple to do. osCommerce already allows you to add or subtract cost on a per attribute basis and there is a contribution that allows you to create up attribute sets. Then when adding or editing an item you just choose the sets from a drop down. http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2201 Wendy James Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Art is knowing which ones to keep.
