Prepaid Payment (Offline payment module)

hi.

I am new to this forum. I wish to start a new store with the prepaid payment facility as follows

 

1. Customer will pay amount in advance (i.e $100)

2. The amount should be added to his customer a/c

3. After each successful purchase the value of the product should be deducted from his prepaid a/c.

 

 

Is there is any contribution for above mentioned process?? if yes pls. help
