Guest Posted June 8, 2005 Share Posted June 8, 2005 hey guys, when my customers make purchases the orders are not logged and they are returned to the login page after submitting instead of receiving a success,decline etc message i have my merchant service set up to route to checkout_process.php i really need to sort this out, i have searched for an answer on the site but have found nothing. i installed the "orders_holding" contribution which logs purchases before the checkout but all of my orders stay in orders holding and are marked not successful any hints tips or help would be helpful thankyou **btw i am receiving payment for items normally** Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I wasn't it won't move anything and my invoices don't come up). I downloaded a different module, viaklix, I thought my merchant account was working fine, but I've been getting complaints that people get kicked out during the check out process. I really need to fix this I'm loosing business and it's very frustrating. I'm almost ready to totally delete the sessions piece by piece and come up with my own session method that just uses the IP and puts a time to expire the login on it.
