earthculture Posted June 8, 2005 Posted June 8, 2005 Greetings, my customers get an error notification after they hit the submit button to complete the order. they are asked to check with the merchant (me) if the order has been processed. i talked to i don't remember who, but they told me that my system doesn't respond fast enough or sends a please wait signal and so the authorize.net people send that message out to my customers and to me too. please how can i fix this? www.earthcultureroots.com is where the shop is located. you can also send me an e-mail directly to [email protected] subject: os commerce support. thanks a lot and have a blessed day (any hint of help is greatly appreciated) ... one love amy Quote
