Hi!

I just wonder where to put my meta tags? Is it index.php for each language and if so can a put the text anywhere? I mean it?s html so I really don?t know if it works.

Thanks for any help in advance!

Thanks but it seems to me that it would take longer time... I just want my own meta tags on my index.html...

Anyone?

meta tags will have to be placed on every main file in your catelog folder somewhere between <head> and </head> just like on a regular site.... so ends up being the same amount of work really... and the contribution is easier to edit once it is installed. Atleast in my opinion.

I see. I thought I only needed to add them to an index.php.....

Thanks you two!

You can just put them on the index. but then they will only show up there... the contribution(s) are great to use because they will add the product name, model number and so on automatically along with any information you set up. Works great for search engines, and that is something you can't do with regular meta tags. Atleast i dont think so.

Ok so If I just want my startpage (catalog) to show on search engines: Which file do I edit? The one for my language or the one in the root?
