Categories unshow - HELP !

May you take a look at my site, I have this problem:

When you visit the homepage, you will see normal categories on the left column, but when you click on any link, they will be hide. I don't know why and how to resolve this problem.

 

I've delete and creat again but still hide. Please tell me how to fix !!! it working perfect when I installed but now, I don't know what happened.

it still show in Admin section but unshow in homepage when you click some links. Please help me how to fix it.
