neilb Posted June 7, 2005 Posted June 7, 2005 Hi all, I have read that if a customer quits the process straight after completing the 3rd party payment providers screens, and does not give the process time to return to the shop, the order is not placed. I think this may have happened in a recent 'order' of mine My Question is this, (I apologise if it's a duplicate question - i could not find one similar in the forums): I have an customer, who has successfully paid using securetrading. It seems however they have left the site(s) before the confirmation was received, and no order has been placed in OSC. I understand why this may happen, but I still need to convert their shopping cart to an order. I'd do this manually, but the product attributes are seriously complex.
