Is the scrolling specials box a bad idea? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hi, You have no keywords or any meta tags setup, I would get this sorted before working on anything else (I see SEO as the most important)..... install the header tag contribution and the seo URL if you want people to come. The CHAT LIVE you have is not the real chat live(msn)..... get it installed and then its only a single click for customers. The black line....em the best way to sort this is to do a file save on any page from your browser and use a HTML editor (dreamweaver,etc) to figure it out for you. Bigredman74 Posted June 8, 2005 Share Posted June 8, 2005 Hi Sheraz, The first thing I noticed on your site was the intro page. It was just a quick flash. Is it really necessary? If so, you might want to add more keywords to it for the search engines to pick up. The second thing I noticed was the "Contact us at "anjaytraders" using AOL, Yahoo!, or MSN Messengers." I have noticed several "Live Support" contributions in the contributions area. I haven't personally used them, but they might give you a more professional look and feel. I'm not sure about the scrolling specials box. At first glace I thought "oh it's just an ad, ignore it", but it does eventually get noticed. Sean is right, you need to install Ultimate SEOs and Header Tags Controller. I like the "Click to list all items in a new window", good stuff for search engines. You might want to check out the "All Products Page" contribution, it lists everything on one page, also good for search engines. I've noticed that a lot of people are going away from the three column layout. Maybe someone else can explain why better than I can. I also like the photo on the "About Us/FAQ" page. Nice touch. Nice products and prices. I've got your site bookmarked now.
