I had made the change to remove customer lastname from the product review page however it only effect the future review format.

 

I have quite a few customer that put their reviews and request to remove the lastname. Can someone please help me on how to remove the lastname from the exisitng product reviews??

have you programmed much before? what do you use for editing your code?

very limited. no background at all and only been making changes in recent 2 months. Dreamweaver is the software I used.
