Help!! Error Message on my store

i am working in the admin part of my store and i wanted to edit the words on the front of the store from the default wording to my own and i followed the instructions step by step on the knowledge base and i got this error

 

Parse error: parse error, unexpected '>' in /home/luvnbub/public_html/catalog/includes/languages/english/index.php on line 13

 

what did i mess up on? i went into the admin part and in the catalog/include/languages/english/index.php and removed the default words and got the error above

ALSO i want to add my information box back on the site and add the link "biz op" and i messed that up too last night so when this fixes i only have only 1 box on the left side

most likely an apostrophe does not have a \ prior to it.

Given that all you've done is to add a little bit of text to that file (but removed a whole bunch of backslashes) the best thing to do would be to replace the whole file with a default unedited copy (which you can get from www.oscommerce.com as the MS2.2 zip file).

 

Then, when you wish to edit it in future, do not use the osCommerce File Manager as it causes the errors you have in that file. Download the file to edit, take a backup (just in case), edit in a plain text editor, upload again - and if there's any problems reload from the backup you took.

 

When you have the new unedited file, this is what you need to change it to:

folowed by this (and all that follows):

How do i center my text and

ALSO i want to add in my information box a page "biz op" and a few others i tried to do it last night and got a huge box on my page how do i add the page

what i have people do, is use an html editor to layout the way they want their text to look, then copy the html code in between the tick marks

Also forgot to ask where on the knowledge base do i find the info to where i can edit the top header bar where under the logo it has top>>catalog i need to change the words top to home and place a link to the home page not the store also changing the background plus i want when i click on the link adult soaps i like the 3 columns but i dont like how the pictures go to the side of the name of the soap and not on top i would prefer to have 3 columns across and 4 down with the pictures on top and the words below
