How to add an "reviews/add to cart"

Hello!

 

I'm a total n00b at php :( , so I need your help. I want to add "reviews/add to cart" buttons to the top of the product_info page (before the actual product description) looking just as those at the bottom. Please, suggest a way I can do it...

Open /product_info.php

Copy this:
