Guest
Hi Everyone  I have a problem that I can't seem to solve?! I'am trying to have dates as an option for my products, I sell extreme sports courses, so dates is required really. I have been in product attributes and to do it this way is extremlely long winded ie; I have to do 31 individual transactions to get days as an option for one product, then 12 more for the months etc.. So can someone tell me if my brain is one backwards and I'm just not doing it right and how to do it correctly please  Ta!
Guest
Julia, There's a couple of ways to tackle this. One would be to install the Option Type Feature contrib. It includes a text box as an attribute type. The probelm with that is that people sometimes mess up free form text. Another way is to add the day and month as you started, and then use an Attribute Copier or Attribute Set contrib. Once you've created it for one product, you can copy or assign the attributes to another product. Of course, people may still choose Feb 31... ed
