changing text colours - struggling :-(

hello,

 

i wish to change the colour of the font in the title of the tables that run up and down the left and right side of the web page

 

i.e. categoires, manufacturers, whats new, quick find, information, shopping cart, reviews, languages, currencies

 

 

which script and which part of script do i need to edit

what about the font colour that tells you which section you are in (directly underneath the oscommerce logo)

e.g Top ? Catalog ? Collections ? Armani ? Jackets ?

 

how do i change that font color too?

 

also how do i change the font colour of:

right at the bottom of the page??

ive managed to change the color of the navigation bar, and the footer - but i stil cant find the other - i.e. What do we have here etc etc

nevermind - ive sorted it now - its all in the stylesheet ;-)
