jeepsterdk
Many of my customers just call me up and make their orders. This means, of course, that they aren't stored in my database, because they are not using my website. How can I add customers in my database, even though they have never visited my website? Can I do it with excel or?

♥Vger
Wendy is correct - but personally I think that adding a contribution to do this is overkill. Just run an order through as though you were the customer, using the Check/Money Order module. The customer gets the confirmation of the order, and you then send them their password (which they can then change if they wish). Vger
