paolo
Using internet explorer 6 SP1 when using any page in OSC admin (mostly when previewing a new or amended product or when logging in) I get the usual internet explorer page which is headlined "The page cannot be displayed".. it's really p****ng me off now because I fill out a product page with information, extra fields, etc. and as soon as a click preview it gives this error. "The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings." This seems to be happening a lot lately and I cannot figure out why. The site itself (i.e. what the end user sees) is working great, just the admin pages, which suggests an SSL problem. I'm using a RAQ4 server and host hardly any traffic apart from the main site (www.astra247.com) which has been running since November. Thinking about this, I have gone to checkout just once and got this error, which again points to SSL issues. Does anyone else have similar problems? Should I post my config files? I'll swap any useful assistance for 10% discount off anything on the website. Thanks Paolo.

paolo
Turn off "Use Search Engine Friendly URL's" in your osCommerce control panel. Vger <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hi, thanks for the reply. Would do this (although not sure why necessary) but these are needed for various shopping comparison feeds I've got set up and for our site, the search engine friendly URLs really work well. It's more an admin rather than catalog issue too. I'm sure it's something or nothing, I'm an intelligent person but scratching my head on this one (perhaps because it's a friday and the pub is just 8 minutes away as I type) Anyway peeps, enjoy the weekend! I'm celebrating my 30th tomorrow so I know I will. Paolo.
