Guest
if u r going to do that, may as well not use an ssl. all it does is let people know you have 'ssl' so to speak. it does not gurantee the customer very much (read the fine print) nor does it verify to your merchant account who you are, as that info is not sent in the transaction. spend a bit more, get the right one. customers will feel better if you have an ssl from comodo, verisign, etc, a known ssl provider else just use the shared, which is more powerful than the 15 version

wizardsandwars
sure. Rapidssl.com and instantssl.com both have $49 solutions. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTE: As of Oct 2006, I'm not as active in this forum as I used to be, but I still work with osC quite a bit. If you have a question about any of my posts here, your best bet is to contact me though either Email or PM in my profile, and I'll be happy to help. milkypop
I went through Godaddy and setting it up was a snap. It was something like $50, but sometimes they have deals where you can get one for less.
