I want to offer free UPS GROUND shipping for a certin manufactuer. or like $10 off if they want to go AIR and/or they have other products.. So I am thinking of some kind of IF statment . Does anyone know of a contrib that might work, or can help with some code. I have searched through and tested many many many contribs.
