Credit Voucher shows up, but card is charged FULL

Hey OSC'ers,

 

I installed the ICW gift voucher stuff and it seems to be working fine. On checkout page it shows accurate total with discounted price, in admin tool it shows discounted price, in customer account it shows discounted price...

 

However, the one place it matters (the actual transaction), the Credit Card gets charged the original price. Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be, or how I can trouble shoot this??

Don't know the ICW module, but with CCGV in Modules --> Order Total there is a setting for Gift Vouchers that has to be installed/edited.

Yeah, I'm not sure what the ICW stands for. I'm using the CCGV. I followed the original instructions as per the install. Modules->Order Total etc.

 

I'm trying to debug whats going wrong, and I'm not having much luck.

 

On the "checkout_confirmation.php" page it shows the discount coupon applied correctly to the price. So the "order total" is correct here.

 

However, when I put an @mail() statement into "checkout_process" page to just send me the $order->info['total'] (this is the value that our payment module TrustCommerce uses).

 

This value comes back as the original price with no discount.

 

The weird thing is the Admin tool, and the Customer area show the correct price with the discount applied.

 

However, the CC is charged the FULL amount.

 

Any ideas??
