Looks like cart is not activated but I do not now where to do that.

I am sorry for such basic questions but I just started with osCommerce and I am trying to figure it out.

I have had a similar issue with some of the stores that I have done with osC. It is not a universal problem; however, I would wonder what browser you are using and perhaps what your security settings might be (e.g., which firewall you use and if perhaps it is causing problems).

We have noticed patters with people using AOL when they access our sites. Most of my clientele are B to B (Business to Business) and so AOL is not really a big problem because most of the purchases are done in the offices. I will let you know if I find out more.

Did anyone resolve this? I thought I may have messed somet hing up while customizing but after searching here and deleting the install/reinstalling....the same thing is happening. In trying to log in to admin, I enter in the CORRECT username/password and it won't authorize me. Weird thing is that I CAN log on via Netscape and Mozilla but NOT IE. Obvious thing is that this is an IE issue but why would it start happening suddenly and keep up even after a new install? Could it be a server issue? Off to email my question to my administrator.

Lauren
