Guest Posted June 2, 2005 Share Posted June 2, 2005 In the ADMIN I am trying to upload product description images to a subfolder of the default CATALOG/IMAGES folder. I have a folder called CATALOG/IMAGES/PRODUCTS and that is where I would like to store certain images. I tried the "Right before the image name - change the backward slash to a forward slash (/)." as suggested in the KB article. Nothing happens when I try to click the preview after the change. Also the documentation of the KB is confusing where: -- Example: You have an image named movie.jpg in the hardware category:oscommercecatalogimagesdvdmovie.jpg of your computer. The change will look like this: C:oscommercecatalogimagesdvd/movie.jpg and in catalog you will see: dvd/movie.jpg and the picture if you were successful ( remember to upload the image first ). The C path is all one word. And is this path supposed to mean the same on my local hard drive? If anyone has a easy way to upload and link this please share.
