Wanneer een klant een bestelling plaatst, dan gaat het helemaal goed tot het moment dat de bestelling is afgerond. Dan komt er op de factuur te staan dat er ook iets anders is besteld terwijl dat niet besteld is en dat product is telekens het zelfde. Zelf heb ik een test-bestelling gemaakt, en daar gaat het ook fout. Ook word er telkens een verzendoptie teveel geplaats op de factuur dus ik plek van 1 optie zijn het er altijd 2. When a customer places an order, then it goes entirely well up to the moment that the order has been wound up. Then comes on the invoice stand there that also something else has been ordered whereas that is not ordered and that product is telekens same. Itself I test-bestelling have made, and go there also wrong. Also verzendoptie become too many geplaats on the invoice therefore I spot of 1 option each time are there it there always 2. Should try having conversations with someone in IMs only using babelfish.. it is like that "secret" game where you whisper to the person next to you and it goes from person to person... never coming out like it started. It is always the same product that i get extra on the invoice and i didn't buy it. I get also an extra send option that i didn't select on the invoice so i have two send options on the invoice so the invoice is totally wrong. Example: I buy this: 1x mouse with the send option as pick up. The invoice is then like this: 1x mouse ( i chosen to buy it) 1x keyboard ( this product i didn't chosen but it is on the invoice ) With the send option as pick up ( like i selected ) With the send option as sending ( i didn't selected it but it is on the invoice ) I hope you understand it whats the problem the problem is i get things on the invoice that i didn't selected or buy it.
