Moving Store in Netfirms

I am trying to move a store front from the Netfirms nfoscomm/myfolder/catalog/ directory to the root directory. I have searched the forums and others have tried to do this but nobody has said if it has been done successfully.

 

Can somebody please help. :'(

why not move off netfirms to a host where you do not have to deal with the way they are

I didn't realize that Netfirms Commerce Pro was the same program until after I developed my site and I wanted to us the Netfirms security certificate. If I cant get it to work I will just get my own cert. it is what I had planned anyway.

 

Either way not a big problem.

backup your site, from its current location then ftp to where you want it to go. if they block it, then it is time to . . .
