I have received an HTML code from my gateway provider. They tell me that I need to add code on one of the pages. " To link your existing website with our payment form, you can cut-and-paste the following HTML code into your own web page: <A HREF="https://www.beanstream.com/scripts/payment/payment.asp?merchant_id=138200000">CLICK HERE</A> Can you please tell me which file I need to add this code to?
