Footer shifted On New Install

Download sm2 and installed it on my local devolping machine. Everything is fine except for categories and sub categories which have no products under them. This is clean install unpoluted by me so far. Any Ideas ?

Well I was able to solve my own issue. I am sure it is covered somewhere elsebut just incase :

 

Starting at line/or around line 327 you will find this code

   </table></td>
 </tr>
</table>
<!-- body_eof //-->

 

It needs to be changed to :

<!-- right_navigation_eof //-->
   </table>
   </table></td>
 </tr>
</table>
<!-- body_eof //-->

 

That is what made it work for me. I really hope this helps someone out there in need of this crazy thing.
