Guest Posted May 31, 2005 Posted May 31, 2005 I have copied a file to the /download directory. The directory is chmodded correctly as there is already one product in the directory which is annotated - Good file which does doenload properly. When I try to create the attribute I get a *** -file missing message when trying to create the attribute. I don't know why this is happening? Has anyone had this problem? thanks, Quote

Sierrab Posted June 1, 2005 Posted June 1, 2005 (edited) When you say the other file downloads correctly, do you mean vis the OSc and Downloads Controller i.e in a working shop? If that is the case then look at the attributes for that product and duplicate them (apart from the actual file name iin the attributes for the new file. If you buy it in test mode, it downloads properly. I have added two more test products to the /download directory, created the product and added an identical attribute except for the file name which must be different.
