orders not being recieved via email

not sure if there's a switch i need to turn on, or something is broken, but anyway...

 

If I put a dummy order in to the system, as a CUSTOMER I get notified from the store (sent under the owner ID) that my order has been recieved. However as the STORE OWNER, I get no email notification that an order has been placed?? Therefore I can't fulfill the order...as I don't know about it.

 

any idea why this might be? Admin/config/my Store has emails setup up for fields:

 

e-mail Address and

e-mail From
