Sendmail error Contact us Not working

Someone please help, this is regarding the contact us, and orders emails not working

 

Here are some facts

 

When i go to the Admin section and send an email out it works fine

 

My server is unix based, it is shared and i do not have access to any .ini files

My sendmail options settings in config are :

E-Mail Transport Method sendmail

E-Mail Linefeeds LF

Use MIME HTML When Sending Emails FALSE

Verify E-Mail Addresses Through DNS FALSE

Send E-Mails TRUE

 

When i am in config and i attempt to modify edit the email addresses any of them I get the following error:

 

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /hsphere/local/home/gameepid/gameepidemic.com/admin/configuration.php(125) : eval()'d code on line 1

 

My configuration file is from a fresh install, im not quite sure if im missing anything here, emails to and from my email itself workfine and the sendmail works fine from the admin section, however no order emails are received nor sent, and the contact us says it is sent successfully however i receive no mail

 

Please with sugar on top help =)
