sunnyrep
Hi, my site is http://www.sunnyreplicas.com and if you test this use the name TEST so I can delete it later. BIG problem. I have potential buyers telling me they create an account but then can't do anything, they keep getting put on the login page. I have recently installed the Checkout Without Account contrib and set up for SSL. Notice the SSL URL has ...//catalog/... could those 2 slashes be the problem? I cannot reproduce this error but the User tracking contrib shows me that it's happening for everyone else :( Here is a copy of one users session 15:03:36 You are now on a secure web page. /catalog/login.php 15:03:29 You are now on a secure web page. /catalog/login.php 15:03:24 You are now on a secure web page. /~sas/domains/sunnyreplicas//catalog/log in.php?osCsid=99ce66aef4 15:02:59 You are now on a secure web page. /catalog/login.php 15:02:51 You are now on a secure web page. /catalog/login.php 15:02:47 You are now on a secure web page. /~sas/domains/sunnyreplicas//catalog/log in.php?osCsid=99ce66aef4 15:02:44 You are now on a secure web page. /catalog/login.php 15:02:37 New Arrivals /catalog/index.php 15:02:33 You are now on a secure web page. /catalog/login.php 15:02:15 New Arrivals /catalog/index.php 15:02:11 You are now on a secure web page. /catalog/login.php 15:02:08 You are now on a secure web page. /catalog/login.php 15:02:02 You are now on a secure web page. /catalog/login.php 15:01:59 New Arrivals /catalog/index.php 15:01:49 New Arrivals /catalog/index.php 15:01:40 You are now on a secure web page. /catalog/login.php 15:01:36 You are now on a secure web page. /catalog/login.php 15:01:30 Your Account Has Been Created! /~sas/domains/sunnyreplicas/catalog/crea te_account_success.php?o 14:59:14 My Account Information /~sas/domains/sunnyreplicas/catalog/crea te_account.php?osCsid=99 14:59:09 You are now on a secure web page. /~sas/domains/sunnyreplicas//catalog/log in.php?osCsid=99ce66aef4 14:59:06 You are now on a secure web page. /catalog/login.php 14:58:59 You are now on a secure web page. /~sas/domains/sunnyreplicas/catalog/logi n.php/action/process?osC 14:58:57 You are now on a secure web page. /~sas/domains/sunnyreplicas/catalog/logi n.php/action/process?osC 14:58:40 You are now on a secure web page. /~sas/domains/sunnyreplicas/catalog/logi n.php/action/process?osC 14:58:18 You are now on a secure web page. /~sas/domains/sunnyreplicas//catalog/log in.php?osCsid=99ce66aef4 14:57:55 You are now on a secure web page. /catalog/login.php 14:57:48 You are now on a secure web page. /catalog/login.php 14:57:43 You are now on a secure web page. /catalog/login.php 14:57:39 You are now on a secure web page. /catalog/login.php 14:57:27 Louis Vuitton /catalog/index.php/cPath/40_22 Notice they can't get anywhere but the login page... what's happening? sunnyrep
I don't have any // in the configure file, but what I did was add the cookie domain which wasn't there before... the // in the URL is gone now, but I don't know yet if this situation is fixed, I couldn't even reproduce it in the first place... can anyone here try creating an account to test please? If so name yourself TEST and fill the fields with whatever so I will know to delete it later. Thanks

Guest
I just went through to begin checkout and passed cleanly into your shared ssl area just fine. Maybe this customer needs to clear her cache. Maybe you fixed the problem. OK just made a purchase fine with the quick checkout contribution. I should install that! Anyway, I think the customer needs to clear her cache. And I think you need to be on a faster server and get your own ssl cert.
