sheepiedog Posted May 30, 2005 Posted May 30, 2005 I would like to be able to receive a copy of any email I send from within my osc store under 'Send Email to Customers' and also 'Recover Carts' (I already received the extra order emails.) Can anyone help me on how this can be done or point me to where there are instructions? I have searched the forums and can only find a solution from 2002 that does not seem to work anymore. Thanks !
♥Vger Posted June 5, 2005 Posted June 5, 2005 When you send an e-mail to an individual customer then all you have to do, after selecting the customers name is to add a comma followed by the e-mail address you want to receive a copy at - and then you'll get a copy of that e-mail. To receive a copy of a broadcast Newsletter to all customers just add yourself to the list of customers. Can't help with Recover Carts - never used it. Vger
