Login box on index page

Hi all

 

I need to figure a way to have a login box in my index page and to make it direct customers (there will only be up to 6 customers) to a specific page.

 

(please note these customers are fictional)

 

1st EG:

- Customer = RED HAT

- Customer Logs in

- then Directed to store page with RED HAT Logo and Welcome message

- Welcome back RED HAT

 

2nd EG:

- Customer = Linux

- Customer Logs in

- then Directed to store page with Linux Logo and Welcome message

- Welcome back Linux

 

I hope that makes sense ....... at the very least i can make do with a login box on my index page that will take me to the store at least ... the custom login pages would be a bonus .... ok a big bonus!
