grafiti4u Posted May 30, 2005 Share Posted May 30, 2005 In the Configuration Panel, I have set the 'Minimum' to '5' for the Postal Code. When I do this, customers keep getting errors that they enter 5 characters, but the error keeps saying they should enter 5 characters and I won't allow them to register an account. If I set the minimum to 'blank' then it allows the customer to enter their zip codes without an error, but then the order comes in and when I check the new customer account, no zip code is there.
