What is "Popularity Index Rank" ?

Hi,

 

In my google toolbar i've seen "Popularity Index Rank", does somebody know what that is? I did not find an answer to this questions when i searched on the net.

 

My popularity index rank is 9772, which doesn't make very much sense to me since sites in my field of business with way better Pagerank, do not have such a good popularity index rank.

 

Got someone a clue???
