2checkout Itemised list - Need Help

The install.txt for contribution 904 (2co Version 2) states that

 

4. Only products already in 2CO's database will show up in the itemized list

on 2CO's "Order Detail" page. By default, products are auto-created in 2CO's dc

when? purchased in a LIVE transaction. You want either ALL or NONE of your

products to be in the db. Otherwise if the customer buys 2 items only 1 may

be displayed. Details below.

 

I recently switched to 2CO V2 and entered a test order using real credit card. The sale went through without any problem. However I do not see the itemized list on 2CO's order detail and none of my product got created in 2CO. I do not have a single product in 2co db as stated in the install.txt.

 

Can any one help me to identify my mistakes here?
