account.php loading problem

I guess ut's a newbie question and there will be a few to allude to that, but nerverthess:

 

 

after having installed oscommerce which was not too complicated I saw ecverything was working fine, besides:

 

a) access of the cash - the server said that the php file was kind of problemnatic

B) creating an account - same error message

 

I think this is due to the fact that I used the https option which does not seem to work with my provider.

Am I right? If so: Is there a way to fix that?
