OS not updating shipping!!!!

Hi guys,

been plugging away at this for a while now. When I go thro the checkout procedure in OS it gets right to the confirmation then takes the order out to paypal. When the customer arrives at paypal OScommerce has not added the shipping fees to the total (they appear there when going thro the checkout in OS). I Thought it may have been a shipping module I had downloaded but it does the same when using one of the default shipping methods.

Any ideas? am i missing an obvious check box somewhere?

You have to set this within your profile in your paypal account. Cant remember where, but its in there somewhere. Log in to your paypal account, click on profile, and look in the selling preferences column.

Hope this sorts things out for you.

REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP

In Paypal, under: PROFILE- SHIPPING CALCULATIONS, there is a box to checkmark to allow your site to overide Paypal shipping preferences.

You have to click that box to get your stuff to show up.

Good Luck
