I would like to do so for security purpose, since many people had those logins and pass at the beginning. There must be a way since I have found out the file that contains that password and login in the main catalogue of the web server. Guest Posted May 29, 2005 Share Posted May 29, 2005 you should probably ask in the forum where you downloaded your software. by default, oscommerce has NO ADMIN security, only ones which have that installed are applications which are NOT supported here. I don't suppose that it might be possible! I bought a web hosting service and upon buying the server I got it for free as a part of "fantastico" where the installation occurs by default once we choose to do so. It is something you have to do on your own so I would suggest contacting your host, or checking to see if you have somewhere, in your hosts control panel, a place to set passwords.
