Unknown errors in Admin

I have some errors in Admin under Zones, Tax Zones, Tax Classes and Tax Rates. Cant access these at all, it just gives errors to the area, where I am suppose to make the changes to.

 

Error copy in Zones:

Zones

1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '-20, 20' at line 1

 

select z.zone_id, c.countries_id, c.countries_name, z.zone_name, z.zone_code, z.zone_country_id from zones z, countries c where z.zone_country_id = c.countries_id order by c.countries_name, z.zone_name limit -20, 20

Can someone instruct me of how to get rid of there errors? Thank you!
