cURL Path Format?

Greetings all. I'm a huge fan of OS2 and have been using it for different sites over the years, digging into the code on an increasing basis. Great way to learn PHP.

Anyway, I've installed the authorize.net consoladated (sp?) module and the bug fix. I checked with my server company on whether I have cURL, whether it is compiled and it's path.

This was the info I was provided:

"Stacy,

The path to cURL is: /usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/bfcacademy.com/httpdocs

It is compiled into PHP as an Extended Library."

Now, just for reference purposes, the document root is:

/usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/bfcacademy.com/httpdocs

On the admin panel I entered the path exactly as my host told me:

/usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/bfcacademy.com/httpdocs

But, I'm getting the red and white error message "The server cannot connect to Authorize.net. Please check your cURL and server settings."

I welcome your suggestions.

If you can see what the output of "which curl" is on your box and use that as the path.

Should look something like

# which curl

/usr/local/bin/curl

Not sure about the compiled in option, though.

Actually, plug in

/usr/local/bin/curl

or

/usr/bin/curl

and see if it works.
