eeehhh, fair enough.

 

Did visitors stat ever record anything ?

 

if yes, when did it stop recording visitors ? (last record in your stats)

I last week delete all stats because it stop working one day. Before that it just work perfect.. now visitor stats don't even record my own visits.. ? I have installed it again couple of times but still not record any visit.. i don't know what cause that but i last week install newsletter script but can that cause problem ?

no, a newsletter being the cause would surprise me.

 

however, instead of re-installing it over and over again, you will have to trace the cause.

 

all visitors are recorded using the visitors_count.php include file.

 

so :

 

1) check your database, maybe the data is there but it is not displayed.

2) if it is there, then check your visitors.php in admin

 

if it is not there:

1) make sure you include that visitors_count.php in your header or footer.

2) if you do, echo out the fields that normally would be inserted/updated in the database in that file.

3) check if the echoed data makes sense

4) check if the data is actually inserted into the database

 

just a few simple checks which enable you to nail the problem in the b....

Not working.. in database there is no any data..but there is visitors, visitors_trace,osc_visitors and osc_visitors_trace tables..

 

visitors_count.php is in footer.php..

 

in admin there is visitor.php but it not record any visit..

ok so it is in visitors_count.php which means you still have some echoing to do.
