I want the shippment cost to be based on city/postcode and weight. is there any constribution for this. example: I would want to set a fixed price for shippment to the city hamburg with the price 1-3kg 5$, 4-8kg7$ ...... and shippment price for the city stockholm 1-3kg 9$, 4-8kg 52$ .....
