How do I request pay by cheque or bank transfer

My shop is new (v2.2ms2), I have added the royal mail, worldpay 1.8, and world zones contributions.

 

Worldpay does not have an option to return to my site, i get a callback error emailed:

 

Our systems have detected that your callback has failed.

 

This callback failure means we were unable to pass information

to your server about the following transaction:

 

Transaction ID: 114561662

Cart ID: osCsid=ac319b021fb8908efc374cde0086b353

Installation ID: 111213

 

Error reported: Callback to

http://www.stewardcare.co.uk/catalog/wpcal...hp?language=en: NOT OK, recevied

HTTP status: 401

Server Reference: mggaeq4a:callbackFailureEmail-1801494:MerchReq-598

 

I'm new at this and have tried checking the forom for similar cases, but no joy...

Hi,

 

I want to refuse credit card payments from suspect customers, I will use pre-authentication with WorldPay and check their details with AVS and call customers if necessary. I suppose i can send them an email with my address and bank details and request they send a cheque or do a bank transfer to my account.

 

But is there a way to automatically stop credit card payments from all countries except the United Kingdom, and request they send a cheque or do a bank transfer to my account?

P.s i used the http option not https option for the callback address, as i am hosted on http server.

Within the WorldPay system you can ban ranges of IP addresses and email addresses. Check it out, you may be able to ban countries too.

 

Callback should work (99% of the time). Sorry I don't know the solution.
