If anyone knows of where I can find this, or a good solution, please let me know. My client's store needs a flat shipping rate for most of its products. (2.79) However, for orders that are international, the usps shipping rate applies instead, and mandatory insurance is also required. I looked at the contribution for insurance but it does not seem to allow the flexibility of insurance/shipping ONLY for international, but rather, across the board. In addition, this client has other products which get a usps shipping rate, within the US, but no insurance needed. So I basically need a way of setting up options to include/exclude insurance and flat rate based on shipping destination.
